Gazette notifications for all the four orders dated 22nd October 2014 were published in the Gazette of India. The four notifications consists of 398 pages (Hindi&English).
All these orders/notifications are being done with effective date of 15th November 2014.

this was a long pending issue before the CBDT. The issue has been cleared now. Most of the posts in the new cadre restructure are to be filled up in a phased manner.
