ITO to ACIT : CBDT directs Pr CCIT, Ahmedabad to take legal course to remove obstacles for DPC
CBDT directed Pr CCIT Ahmedabad to file caveat in respective CAT / High Court against any possible stay in the DPC process for the promotion from ITO to ACIT for the year 2014-15.
Filing CAVEAT in Gujrat is another step by CHQ and CBDT for not doing DPC for 2014-15 there is one Vikram Ratnoo in each state who will take stay on DPC this letter of Board is to give them chance to get stay on DPC.
ITGOA, come out with recent developments. Why we have to rely on administration and blogs ? You are taking money from the members, it is your responsibility to inform them. Gujrat people has filed stay petitions in Principal CAT , the Pr CCIT has not filed the CAVIAT despite of Boards direction.We should file counter petition in Principal CAT daying that the Seniority list of Gujrat charge is fradualant and ask the CAT to impose the cost on petetooners as the have tried to befool the CAT.
When the JCA (ITGOA and ITEF) calls for any agitation, all the members participating without asking any question. When the agitation calls off or suspended or deferred for any reason, the leaders must explain the latest position and inform the outcome talks. The JCA has suspended the ongoing agitation till 31.12.2015. Till now there is no single word either from ITGOA of ITEF regarding present status of the ITO to ACIT promotion issue. When JCA next time calls for any agitation, we must not participate in these calls and we must show our disappointment and angry to the useless leaders especially Bekar B.
The jca is waiting for another stay on dpc this time by ahmedabad CAT and the stay will be for another one year.Again in june the jca will agitate. Then again there will be meeting with revenue secretary, He will again assure jca. The same process will go on and on upto then when maximum of the ito in dpc list 2014-15 will retire.

Leaders are very much effective but in other way. They are getting their personal benefits fulfilled because as in the case of lower promotions, the partiality of union/assn is thrashed by SC decision. Now if DPC would have taken place in time, some of their close ones might be in problem. It is their personal interest/well planned step to create such obstacles. Wake up and curb these things.

Mumbai region has published the revised list of inspectors. NRP has not really been implemented. In selective cases they have implemented Understand it has been done under the guidance of ITEF. Candidates should check the list and approach CAT
fully agree with January 23, 2016 at 10:30 PM main focus was to give the promotions to persons who joined the department earlier just above peon post and passed the inspectors exam earlier than those who joined the department later that too on a higher post.In some cases there is a difference of 1000 between seniority candidate and candidate as per date of passing Inspectors exam. Is this is a zone? when a official on no.1 as per seniority is in the same block with candidate at 1000 seniority since his/hers date of passing of Insp exam is earlier. OM of zone of consideration is utilized to benefit to those who are senior in the department and close to the union. There is no doubt that ITO's post is more important than Inspector. I request administration that the same formula should apply while preparing seniority list for promotion to the post of ITO i.e. seniority in the cadre of Inspector and seniority as per date of passing ITO's exam. At least those talented official who passed ITO's exam long back, more than 10 years ago in the era of 60% passing marks will get justice. Admn. should think about this.
Almost there are 150 to 200 cases may be pending all over India over Parmar issue. The DOPT's OM of 2008 clearly states that date of joining is the criteria. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has not imposed any bar on passing modification to 1986 OM of the DOPT in its decision in the case of Parmar. The OM issued by DOPT during 2014 is with regard to implementation of Parmar decision only. Why the DOPT is not coming out in issuing OM by modifying its order already issued during 2008 clarifying that date of joining is the criteria. Now this is high time that the Hon'ble Finance Minister has to interfere and send the two decisions i.e. Parmar & Rajiv Mohan to the Constitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, through the CBDT.

Appreciate ITEF for getting promotion to ITIs from TAs in six years with out hurding from Court/CATs and New ERs.

When will the speculation of DPC come to an end. Enough is enough in waiting for dpc. Spineless CHQ/ITGOA, heartless cbdt never hear.

Now JCA will initiate process of DPC for V.Y. 2017-18 by calling deficient APARs. JCA thinks all in advance

On bio metric base attendance overtime is allowed.
In Tamil Nadu also only ITI and OS promotions issued after a great struggle. Other orders till now not issued and members getting agitated.
