Long waited inter charge transfer order for non gazetted staff issued by CBDT.
The requirement of rendering three years service has been relaxed for certain categories as under :
Physically handicapped
Spouse or children differently abled.
Unmarried lady officials
Spouse working in Govt. sector in other state
Ex servicemen.
The non gazetted staff of the above categories will be eligible to make a request for inter charge transfer after putting one year of service in the present grade.

If at all the CBDT is kind enough to grant ad hock promotion of ACITs, some Pr.CCITs like Tamil Nadu are adamant in not ordering the consequential ad hock promotions of ITIs to ITO. In such a situation the Board, instead of lying a mere spectator,taking into account of the welfare of the lower grade officers, should issue a comprehensive guidelines to all Pr.CCITs particularly Tamil Nadu to issue the consequential ad hock promotions of ITIs to ITOs immedediately. The Unions / Associations are not helping us. therefore at least let the CBDT help us

Don't be over excited. Try to understand that all the organizations like ITGOA, JCA etc are trying their best to delay promotions in view of their vested interests. Giving promotions is a matter of hours but they are wasting years. So, Pl. relax and concentrate ur family life.

The file was sent to Jaipur for member signature and returned. On Tuesday,promotion order will be released.

Chennai mein sabhi Hindi Stenos ka ICT letter forward kar diya gaya hai but English Stenos ko ICT nahi de rahe hain. Yaha tak ki jin English Stenos ke 4 saal ho gaye hain un logon ko bhi ICT nahi de rahe hain.
Help karo koi English Stenos ki.
In chennai ict letters for English Stenographers who has already completed 4 years are not sent by cit (admn). Any solution for this plz reply.

Do all those who have opted Inter Charge transfer after the stipulated time 1/3/5 years at present charge, got any satisfactory reply from cadre controlling authority, that WHY HE/SHE HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN TRANSFER?
Has the application is forwarded, at least to the preferred place of posting, to verify vacancies?
Or the application got place in DUST BIN / WEED-OUT?

My spouse works in DMRC. Can I get ICT to Delhi on basis of this as DMRC is a PSU.
