Relaxation is for vacancy year 2017-18 and crucial date of eligibility for it, is 31/03/2017 ie you have to complete two year tenure as on 31-03-17 and if dpc conducted after Oct 17 then it will depend upon dpc panel
Since the relaxation is given for the vacancy year 2017 -18,the eligibility criteria of completion of 2 years regular service shall be counted as on 01.04.2017 irrespective of date of conduct of DPC also there may be chances of junior employees to you those who have completed two years regular service as on the same date shall be considered but not you due to you have not completed your 2 years probation period.However, you please confirm the same from your admin. section.

Any way for V.Y. 2017-18 the crucial date of eligibility will be as on 01.04.2017 so your probation must have been completed on that day.

Crucial date is 1.1.17 and u need to pass the ministerial exam as on 1.1.17
Admin will say the same as u already write, all we need to do is to write to dopt to amend O.M. in this regard so that Candidates of same batch can be promoted.it is a big loss to become Junior of own batch due to the failure of administration
The condition of completing probation is causing damage of SSC rank wise seniority to many due to implementation of NR parmar in TA to STA promotion.
what happens of new RR whether it will come or not

Regarding one time relaxation, TA's of 2013 batch are the most deserving when compare to any other batch because ssc has taken almost 3 years to complete the entire process of selecting the qualified candidates. so one time relaxation should be given for vy 2018-19 also for compensating a year loss for 2013 comrades

Hello sir, I am vikas, tax assistant cbdt cgl 2013 batch in rajasthan region. Some states like delhi and up east have promoted 2013 batch in March 2018 for vacancies 2018-19 valid from 1 april 2018. Are they using relaxation of 2017-18 to make this happen. Rajasthan is not taking any action on it. Should we take any action in rajasthan region for DPC? What is itef stand on it?
Nagpur zone also not entertaining 2013 batch while 7-8 zones promoted 2013 ta batch into sr ta. It is injustice we are becoming juniors from our batch.

As per RR in CBDT, 3 years in respective grade is to be considered for promotion for INSPECTOR. Will length of service in TA & Sr TA will be counted, or you have to complete 3 years in Sr TA?
