As per news from ITEF (CHQ) sources, the cadre review file is still with Revenue Secretary. It is likely to be placed before F.M on day after tomorrow, the 27th March. F.M. is currently out of station and scheduled to return the capital on 27th. It may be mentioned that present Revenue Secretary is going to retire on 31st March. Will he take initiative to get the thing done within his tenure ?
It may be very frustrating for the employees to get another "date" as they have been waiting for the last 10 months after cabinet approval. Hope, we don't have to set a new deadline !!

The CBDT Chairperson has finalized the CR file on the very last day on his tenure. R.S. is also going to retire this month and taking the last week time of his tenure for finalization of CR file. Then how we are expecting that the F.M. would finalize the file on 27.3.2014?
Why the associations are silent ? This was the right time for agitation....before 31st March. They will stop reports after 1st April when there is no need to get them ! And to boycot search and survey when there will be no such action at the beginning of the F.Y !!!
No file is going to the FM as the FM has already given its approval, is the ITEF(CHQ) befooling people. They even dont know where the file is. Perhaps better sense will prevail on the leaders.

Kar bhla so ho bhala yeh khawat ITEF per shayd lagoo nahi hoti. agar hoti to hamare respected leaders ko CR lagu karwa deni chaiye. Abhi bhi waqt hai agar karwa detein hain to ITEF ki jeet hogi aur sab unko parise karenge. It is requested to ITEF to kindly get the CR impelmentated before 31st march 2014. pks

kindly considered the regularization of daily wages workers who have been appointed before December-2008 in CR.
All the Associations i.e. IRS Association, ITGOA, ITEF & also ITSEWA Federation should join hands together and give a strike call for 29th, 30th & 31st March. Paralyze the Department. No work till sign. No commitment. Work after signature.
Whether the RS has asked CBDT to change the figures in favour of WB???'?? Appears so for clearing.
If the CR allocation is not finalized on 27.03.2014, ITEF must give a boycott call of holiday duty on 29.03.2014 to 31.03.2014.

Jab tak Sbhi DR posts ka seniority 1986 rule se revised nahi hota, CR allocation ka koi matlab nahi. Isliyes sabse pahle sbhi log ye kaam karaye.
No use to talk to these guys as they are useless fellows who are redundant now a days. They only enjoying in Delhi and spending our subscription.
Do not blame the CBDT. The default is with us, Our employees are habituated in going to courts and challenging each and every word and issue and involving respondent CBDT and UPSC etc. No one is having patience. Every state is behaving like selfish. This is not the first time cadre restructure or creation of new posts. In 2001 one cadre review was done. At that time employees are having belief in associations. In December 2006 another newly created 7051 posts from CIT to MTS were created and by February 2007 CBDT has distributed state wise.Due to our continuous fight, this time the CBDT has analysed the subject in full and tried to satisfy each and every state by applying permutation and combination theory. They have done a good job. But we are giving pressure to association and they inturn demanding CBDT to distribute the posts by giving equality to all. This being the reason and out continuous following, the CBDT is not distributing. Hence do not blame CBDT. Blame ourselves. No employees having minimum commonsence that DPCs should not be stopped. As they can give promotion to a retired employee or a death person because of this inordinate delay in conducting of DPC. For ones cause should not suffer the other. It is a fundamental principle to know.
40% staff of wb cader below ito rank are not doing any thing for dept. they only come to put their presence in att. register and take salary. In kolkata itself 90% staff usualy come at 12 pm and leave office at 4 pm. I do' t know why they are demanding for extra posts in this CR.
it is now confirmed that the WB cadre will get promotions upto ITO level every 3 years upto the next 10 to 20 years. Thanks to RS/ITEF(WB unit)/ITGOA(WB unit) and other units of ITEF/ITGOA for being solidly behind the WB unit for their cause overlooking their own units cause. Great ITEF/ITGOA thanks for taking care of the cadre.....

As someone said in his comment underneath RAJ GOPAL has to retire. I feel it is absolutely wrong. He is the person who have taken initiatives and i can surely say that as concerned to ITEF it has not not left any stone unturned in reaching its targets with regard to CR. In my senses, i want to ask ITGOA people,why they remain silent. As seen from the inception of CR, i am sorry to say that it has done nothing. At this point of hour atleast I request the ITGOA to raise the hands.
After 10 months of reticence, Mr.Ashok B Salunkhe still saying Gen. Secretary ITEF, All India himself. Very funny.

Thats why West bengal comrades wants more number of posts in order to attend the office work with such type of work culture. They dont do any office work and simply chatting in office and spitting paan in corridors.
