Adhoc ACIT promotion VY 2014-15 has been regularised. And many UR seats have been given to ST/SC. While it is mentioned in the order that the order is as per DOPT OM dated 15.06.2018 (means Unreserved to unreserved and reserved to reserved should have been followed) but it seems to be not in conformity with the said OM.
What will the fate of ad hoc itos will they also regularised
Genuinely no matter if someone doesn't understand
afterward its up to other people that they will help, so here it happens.
N R PARMAR DECISION TO be implemented prospectively and entire ITIs seniority to be revised. Correct decision taken by DOPT after 5 years. Supreme Court has again held that only date of joining is to be considered for direct recruits for seniority purpose and no back dated seniority.
