The Chairperson and other board members have been busy for hours in meeting for final allocation of posts. The meeting continued for the whole day yesterday and continuing even today. Sources informed that the process of post allocation is to be completed within 31st of this month at any cost. But the employees had seen several such deadlines earlier and after more than eight months of cabinet approval, the result is still a big zero.

They must have discussed everything except allocation of posts..because that is the attitude of CBDT towards lower rung..

Useless fellows are in the Board who don't understand the plight of the employees of this Department. They only interested for their own post retirement extension jobs.

if proper decision is not taken very soon it will be inferred that our highest authority is incapable person and procrastination in nature.

Let the allocation be done without further delay. The committee has done a logical work on this and now it is high time to thumbs down on the ITEF agitations and go ahead.
I believe, we the income tax employees, don't deserve the cadre review. ..otherwise it must not have taken such a long time to implement it..... the Govt must now withdraw the cadre review Notification.....
It is not appreciable that even after completion of 7 months from the date of approval by Cabinet, the Board is not able to allocate the number of posts to Regions. Time frame should have been strictly followed for implementation of Cadre Restructure. Initially it was heard that the deadline fixed by the Board for completion of entire process of Restructuring was 31.12.2013. However, by that time even allotment could not take place. There may be some serious issues which cannot be solved in a day or two. But clear cut instructions should have been issued to the Committees as to how the post allocation be done. I hope that the instructions must have been issued like so. But grievances from one or two states may come even after solving the present situation. Cadre Restructure must be implemented basing on the Existing Recruitment Rules as it was mentioned in the Notification that implementation shall be done to fill up the vacancies without waiting for model recruitment rules. Date of Passing Quota must be retained for promotion to ITI since it is there for a long time and keeping in view the said provision, most of the employees have lost their seniority while getting Intercharge Transfers from Other charges. I request the CBDT to consider this issue and date of passing may be retained.

If the cadre restructure allocation cleared by CBDT, then question to arise:
1. Implementation of N.R Parmar in all DR cadre. only better option take all DR posts from only vacancy years, otherwise mass litigation cases arise.
2. Regular DPC for 203-14 as per DoPT rules on DPC guidelines letter dated 10.4.1989, separate panel year to be fixed and DPC to be held.
3. Then Cadre res. new posts to be filled.

I don't think even allocation of posts will solve the CR problem because N.R.Parmar case implementation will take further long time for implementation ! This is game plan and nothing with lower cadre employees.This is the policy inherited from BRITISHERS.

Present Chairperson is trying for deputation. Future Chairman will take time to take care of his own interests and in the meanwhile election notification will come and all process will be kept in abeyance and the new government will ask the CBDT to stay the implementation of Cadre Restructure exercise.
I like to draw kind attention to all the family members of simpleincome tax......whether it would be a natural justice if the N R Parmar judgement of hon' ble sc is implemented....vacancy year as claimed 2005-06....advertisement in employment news 14.10.2006.... Date of prelims 04.02.2007...date of mains 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th August 2007.....date of age limit 01.08.2007 I.e 18 to 27 ..date of educational qualification I.e graduate on 01.08.2007...a person who attained the age of 18 and completed his graduation on 01.08.2007 was eligible to appear in the exam of the combined graduate level exam 2006. If a person had been selected at the age of 18 in this exam...had he been given the seniority in the year 2005-06 ...the his age at this time obviously be about 16 years...which is itself a ridiculous matter of the dopt rules...I think the vacancy advertisements for the r y 2005-06 is technically wrong....union should take the matter with competent authority of cbdt and take the shelter of court to get the vacancy process of ssc for the said year null and void....

Now a days no office work is going on in Income-tax Department. People only talking about cadre restructure implementation, parmaar case, interim relief, pay commission, Parliament election, Modi and Aam Aadhmi Party etc.,

mr annonymous i think u r not clear in concept. as per rota and quota policy the dr in one third or one half as the case may be of total vacancy should be selected through recruitment body like ssc,upsc,rrc. now it is the procedural thing that when the vacancy is reported to recruiting body , when recruiting body notifies notification and conducting exam etc.
Ur point is very right , brother but earlier nobody try to understand this anomaly. Now perhaps it is impossible to challenge
Mr gultan....I know and very much aware and understand the rota quota policy and also very clear about the fact how and when the vacancy is reported. Should not u understand that future date is not applicable to apply for any post. Can u give me any example in which such types of practices are adopted. If yes, why only two years, why not ten to twenty years so that a new born baby can apply and if selected he should be given seniority from his birth.
The Hon.S.C will even deliver such kind of judgement in future.
i am selected as ITI through SSC CGL12 mumbai region. but still not get any letter from mumbai office even they are refusing to issue our letter..all ITI & TA still awaited. they r saying u'll get ur appointmnt after CR ...don't know what we do. only mumbai region hold our appoinmnt even all region already gave joining to all candidates. so its request to all if any one has any idea about CR when it'll complted & we'll get our appoinmnts...
