It is learnt that member (P&V) will hold discussion with ITGOA and ITEF on 16th and 17th January on the report of cadre review implementation submitted by core committee. Hopefully the matter is going to be resolved very soon and entire implementation process is likely to be completed within this financial year.

thanks god, the same happens inside and the cadre review implemens till march, 2014. Otherwise, suppose govt. would change, than cadre review will be dream of our department.
Please let me know whether the ITOs examination passed in 2013 will be considered in cadre restructuring list or not

As Cadre restructuring is already approved by the cabinet, no problem whether it is prior to election or not, but no state should loose some of existing sanctioned strength.

@ Banerji. No, ITIs who cleared ITO exam in 2013 shall not be considered for ITO promotion in Cadre review for R Y 2013-14 unless specific relaxation granted.
ITEF Leadership has not interested in promotion since they are on the verge of retirement. The reason for delay can be attributed to this
some sort of negotiation, bargaining on seats will happen at meeting and finally they will come with the same report +/- 10 percent..
What about seniority of inter ministry transferees
It is believed that Core committee has given different allocation of posts to various States comparing to Subcommittee I report. Let us hope core committee's allocation may satisfy all the stake holders and implementation of Cadre Restructure in Income tax Department at the earliest.

It is very sad to know that our chairperson is more concerned for Pr cit's promotion orders but not thinking about the lower staff who are retiring before 31. March. Where we stands after service in the deptt , mote than 35 yr.
Ye Central body ke neta log luka-chipi khel kar chote charges ke saath dhokha kar rahe hai iske probe hona chaiye.Promotion ka sirf ek adhar hona chaiya woh hai sirf of sirf stagnation.Sabhi chote charges viz.UP(E),UP(W),Bihar,MP,Kerla, etc. etc.ko ek saath mil sirf aur sirf ITEF cental body ke neta logo ke khilaf no confidence motion lana chaiye nahi to ye bahut bada dhoka dene wale hai.
