Der aie darust aie. At last the Board has woken up. It is clear, no DPC of ITO to ACIT can be held without implementing the NRP. ITGOA should realise it. Better to cooperate for the early implementation of NRP in all Regions
So upto August 2015, there will not be any promotion in our Depart.? Jai ho...

Hope this time, deadline will be met. It means that after july, ITO to ACIT promotion will held after review DPCs. Then after, instructions for 2015-16 DPC will be issued by board. That means DPC of 2015-16 will surely go upto sep or oct. Long process and long wait. But atleast with the implementation of NRP judgement, everyone will be streamlined. Kudos to those two regions which have successfully carried down the NRP implementation in all cadres. Some of the regions haven't been discussed in this communication, can anyone throw some light on current position of NRP implementation in their respective regions?

ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO MET THE DEADLINE. IT WILL TAKE UP TO DECEMBER. BECAUSE MUMBAI CHARGE HAS BEG FOR ANOTHER 5-6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. INJUSTICE TO THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE OF DPC 15-16.
It is important to understand what N R P judgement is about. Whether it is applicable to each and every Tom Dick or Harry in the I.T. dept ? That is a huge question mark in itself. What r the situations which led to NRP judgement. Whether each n every DR or PR fits into the NRP situation? Already there r litigation in various Courts. Now in near future after senseless implementation on NRP across all cares then there will be multiple litigation. Lawyers will make merry n money. Seniority situation in department will be like situation in Syria and Yemen n Iraq. Therefore implentatio of NRP should be in the spirit of the judgement because renu kumar and rajee mohan are watching.
Lot of litigations are going to arise if NRP is implemented for all cadres because it is against the DOPT's instructions after NRP judgement.

NRP- Not Ready for Promotion
IF NR PARMAR is to be implement instead of giving dead line as a whole, it must be suppose for LDC LEVEL 15.06.15, Udc level 30.06.15 and so on, otherwise matter will be in sleeping mode upto 10 days before deadlines and than another deadline and no cadre will be finalised
Clear guidelines in revised advisory that it is applicable from LDC level,if willing ignored by any charge will surely be contempt
DOPT can only issue guideline or any orders relating to the issue of Seniority, promotion etc., The DOPT has clearly instructed that wherever seniority dispute was there prior to the NRP judgement, that cases only be revisited based on the NRP judgement. Wherever there is no dispute relating to the seniority, the NRP should be implemented from the date of judgement of NRP. If so how can the CBDT issued instruction contrary to the NRP verdict. Massive cases will be filed if seniority refixed contrary to the DOPT instruction in the coming months resulting in stay of DPCs.

ITEF only created this hungama. At the beginning CBDT had correctly made the clarification that NRP is applicable only to the DR ITIs. Because of ITEF's arm twisting attitite, the CBDT later compelled to issue subsequent clarifications on NRP leading to chaos in the Department. ITEF is the culprit for delay in promotion to the Officers and staff.
Absolutely correct. The main culprit was K P Rajgopal. Former S.G. he done blunder minstak during his time. He is still active. The present chq must not to consult him. He would be remembered in the history of itef as great destroyer

K.P. Rajgopal should be blamed for all the delay in promotions in the department because of the ITEF's stand on Parmaar issue. ITEF instead of fighting the bad judgement of NRP has advocated to implement in all cadres. Bloggers please comment on this.
Is KPR not responsible for delayed RR. Non availability of RR is main reason for delayed promotions. He promised one time relaxation. Where is that.

As per NPR verdict, all the promotions/DPCs after 27.11.2012 need not to be opened.
What's about relaxation rule before implemention of New Recruitment Rule. When it is likely to be. Is the JCA interested about this issue or still wondering about the benefits of ITO's only.

The whole mess on NRP was created by ITEF. THey only created the hungama to implement NRP for all the cadres instead of ITI which was rendered by Supreme Court. The culprit is going to retire this month end.

Who will be next culprit ?
Some of the Regions implementing the NRP judgment on interim basis without circulating the seniority list and not given any opportunity to call for objections. This process is injustice to the eligible candidates who were at the edge of promotion list.
All are think about NPR, but some people want to issue DPOT instructions on Rhothas case. This is also effect from November 1997. Another NPR related works?
The present leaders duo of ITEF chq send signal that coming DPCs are also going to be conducted on old basis. Is there anybody who have courage to fight against the ordeal of Board and ITEF in the court. Pls share your favourable & anti views. All are welcome.
CBEC has already issued standing instructions in 2013 on the basis of DoPT OM, to hold the DPCs as per existing RRs till the new RRs are published. But CBDT is issuing illegal instructions for not holding DPC..
