The five point charter of demands which did not include anything regarding A.O. or P.S. has been the topic of criticism of the segment. To pacify the anger and disappointment of A.O. and P.S. which is considered as a "votebank" of the association, ITGOA came out with detailed circular detailing the effort it put in resolving the issues pertaining to A.O. and P.S. The issues include promotional avenue, recruitment rules, laptop etc.
The circular is totally silent about any development about the five point charter of demands on which each and every member is eager to know.

Yes. The persons who joined the deptt as Waterman , retired as ITO. Even ACIT in the NWR. यह सब आयकर विभाग में ही संभव है।
In para 11.18.52 of 7th PC report the last line says"The Commission, therefore, recommends normal replacement levels for ITOs." and also last line of para 11.18.55 says"The Commission recommends only replacement pay levels for ITIs." Can anyone throw some light on these lines? Does it mean that pay fixation as on 01.01.2016 will be as per Pay Matrix (Table -5) at level 8 for ITIs and Level 9 for ITOs.
Pay commission claims it has recommended overall 23.55% increase (Pay 16% and allowances 63%). Is it true. It is false Propaganda . In reality there is only an increase of 14.22% in pay.(2.57 - 2.25=0.32; For 2.25, the increase is 0.32, then for 100 it is only 14.22%)
99% of us get only HRA and transport allowance. Regarding Transport allowance, it seems to be attractive figures but in real terms increase is NIL. Only 125% increased which is equal to DA on TA which is going to be 125% or more as on 01.01.2016. Then where is the increase.
With regard to HRA, we are already paying rent more than what we receive at present. The present increase of HRA in terms of rupee is only sufficient to meet the difference in rent actually paid and received. In some places it may not be sufficient because the house owners are waiting for the chance to increase the rent.
What is the quantum of increase?
It is less than or equal to two installments of DA. For this Central Govt. employees waited for TEN long years.
Peons joined in M.P. region in 1998 through employment exchange have become Inspector in 2014 and some of them are ITO qualified they will become ITO by 2018.
Really pay commission is making fun of employees. It say 66% hike in allowance but gross transport allowance has not been increased a bit. It was Rs.1600 + 125%Da = Rs. 3600. Now it is Rs.3600 + 0% DA = 3600
Unions should protest this propaganga. TV channels दिखा रहे है "सरकारी कर्मचारियों की बल्ले-बल्ले"

Perhaps this the only blog of central govt emplyees which not posted the 7th cpc report n disappontment among the employees over it..Rather targetting service associations for every thing, its better to create awareness among the employées on very important issues like cpc...
It is better to implement DA merger order than pay commission proposal submitted in which employee get more salary in respect of pay commission.

Reasons quoted by 7th CPC for denial of parity in pay of ITO and ITI respecively with that of the AO and AAO of IA&AD are as follows:
For ITOs:"there was never an absolute parity between the pay scales of ITOs in ITD and AOs of IAAD.
For ITIs:"the pay scale of ITIs of ITD have generally been lower compared to that of AAOs of
IAAD"
If the above statements are proved wrong by providing factual data to substantiate our claim of existence of parity at some point of time, then the govt. is logically bound to consider grant of pay parity.
