SHAME ON ITGOA FOR NOT GETTING THE ACIT PROMOTIONS. WITHOUT EVEN GETTING, THEY FEEL IF THEY GET FOR 2014-15 ITSELF IS AN ACHIEVEMENT. THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING THE EFFECT OF PARMAR AND THE REVERTED OFFICERS WHO ARE LIKELY TO GET BACK THEIR PROMOTIONS AS ITO.
HAPPY WITH THEIR OWN CALCULATIONS.
I am fed up with ITGOA on ACIT promotion issue because of their impotency in not getting even 2014-15 panel year DPC.
When DPC for principal AO will be held.
Pr.cat will deliver stay on dpc tomorrow. Jca was deliberately delaying dpc for 2014-15 so that automatically cat give stay on dpc. Bhaskar is more interested in 2015-16 dpc and will delay it to the extent that 2015-16 dpc is ready.jca is also not interested in 2014-15 dpc because 50% of members are of sc-st candidates.

In our department all promotions will come right from MTS to NS/TA and upto CCIT level except ITO to ACIT due to useless ITGOA and JCA.
Why the Entire blame is being put on JCA? Thoda share to un members ka banta hi jo bar bar CAT me jake Stay le ate hai. Can't those members have little patience and wait till the revision of seniority. Anyway the promotions will be retrospective as and when it comes.

ar 2006 why the CBDT is giving further reservation in promotion in the cadre of promotion of ITO to ACIT. In NWR region the verdict of supreme court has been implemented. How it can accepted that one region has drawn seniority with no reservation and other regions have drawn seniority with reservation. This inter-alia means junior of a charge where no reservation has been applied have become senior to members of other charges where reservation is applied in violation of Supreme Court Judgements. There are several judgements after M Nagaraj of Supreme Court.
This is a very important issue. This means National Seniority list is still defective even after applying NRP.

31st march is coming to an end.What about bhaskar promise to give effect to acit promotion for 2014-15 to 2016-17 before march? What about the commitment of revenue secretary and finance minister. Have jca met revenue secretary and apprised of inability shown by board of conducting dpc or is there again a secret conspiracy going on. People who have filed petitions in pr.cat like mr. barad of gujrat should be publicly humiliated. Just for seeking personal benefits he has damaged the carrer prospects of thousands of members. He should be publicly crucified for his ill doings.

Yes 11:38 if his junior is getting promotion in the same dpc and probotion period is completed for more view RR of Sr.TA.

Thanx for reply......probation period is 2 yrs for TA i.e. probation period will be completed by 01.04.2016. Actually i am not getting the RR of Sr TA in google. If you have any link please post here.
The JCA is totally silent on new RR. Laptops to ITIs, consideration of Stenos in the technical and administrative cadres and infrastructures to staffs.

ACIT promotion is in complete chaos. There is no end of the tunnel in sight for ACIT promotions. Why ITGOA has not met the R.S to appraise him the situation is million dollar question .
Dpc list for acit promotion for 2014-15 returned back by upsc to be sent to DOLA for legal opinion. The president, vice president of jca including arvind trivedi of west up zone does not want nr parmar since he will be reverted. The main culprits in acit promotions is the chq leaders themselves like arvind trivedi of west up zone. Leaders like him should be eliminated from itgoa.
After April 1, 2016, another 250 ACIT/DCIT posts will fall vacant which will be put further burden on existing AC/DCs. The HRD in the Board has not done any man power deployment planning in the case of ACIT/DCIT cadre.
As per latest instructions from DOPT, the RR should be reviewed in every five years. Our associations may clarify on this issue.
