ITGOA is trying it's level best to defer the reversion as long as possible so that promotion from ITO to ACIT takes place and this likely to be reverted ITOs can be placed in the liely to be created vacancies.
The question is why the same effort could not be exercised by the ITEF to save these Inspectors ?

Every so called followers of ITEF who are positive towards itef must ask their central leadership that where is laptop etc. The present leaders of many region s are not capable to give answer b coz they are busy for their plum postings.
It has been asked by the Blogger WHY SUCH EFFORTS COULD NOT BE EXERCISED BY THE ITEF TO SAVE THE INSPECTORS FROM REVERSION. I am a member of ITEF and I know very well what efforts had been taken by the Bengal Circle ITEF.Perhaps Blogger dont know the crucial date for counting of qualifying service is 1st April in every year. Therefore, promotion order must be issued by March to maintain the crucial date. On other side, in aacordance to Supreme Court Order Parmar review is a must. And after review it is reveals that some people got promotion instead of some others people. Now, question is that how to protect all these people as because all proceedings are being done in accordance to the order of Supreme Court. Therefore ITEF Bengal Circle tried their Best to restore the reversion but to promote the persons who are found deprived due to parmar review.Now promotion of the deprived persons issued and reversion order to that effect also issued. Leadership of ITEF Bengal Circle also in keen touch with the reverted people and they also organised a meeting today with them, so far as I know. I think, Blogger will see the future steps of the ITEF Bengal Circle for the 9 revertees in future.

Are you know 5 Physically Handicapped candidate reverted who got promotion under Physically handicapped Quota but no any physically handicapped get Promotion in promotion order. itef does not think about physically handicap candidates who have got promotion only against physically handicap quota vacancy. how judgment of hon'ble supreme Court in n r parmar will effect the physically handicap quota vacancy. this judgment is only for seniority of DR and PR. Unjustice for ph.

The person who is thinking that ITGOA saved their member is on wrong track. ITGOA never came forward to save its members. CHQ only interested in ACIT promotion. Even for his own promotion BB delayed the promotion of 2014-15 DPC. They have no courage to oppose the unlawful decision of administration. Let put this office bearers into the ground.

It goes without saying that Mr Bhaskar is an incompetent person and henceforth we should not expect this person to do anything positive about ITO to ACIT promotion. Simply this person doesn't deserve at all to hold the office of General Secretary of ITGOA.

It is really tragic comment of CHQ on the fact arising out of the issues in NRP. The cat has now come out of the carpet and the leadership is shedding crocodiles tears. Has this earnest and desire been showed at the level of the CHQ when the decision of the NRP was delivered and taken into confidence of all the members and also the inspectors, this situation would not have arisen. The administration is in mood of showing seeds of suspicion in fraternity to fish in troubled water and the leadership of ITGOA is also no different.
Now in the case of all the direct recruit inspectors there are are large number of the persons who were on employment to various central and state govt. wherein they have got seniority increment and other benefits and such candidates have been given seniority from the date final intimation of vacancy to the SSC and thus they are getting seniority at two places and neither the administration is taking any note of discrepancy nor the ITGOA leadership. In such scenario only solution is to seek direction of Supreme Court in view of the decision of NRP and Rajiv Mohan and withdraw the benefits wrongly given to the DRs. Else the days are not far away when ITGOA is vertically divided in two groups. One can not prosper at the cost of other.
ITEF/ITGOA of West Bengal- Cudos to them for doing nothing : Inspectors of West Bengal region who were promoted way back in 2011 & 2012, but as per NRP seniority list of West Bengal ( which had been published & uploaded online ) who have now come in ranking below Inspectors who are yet to be promoted to the post of ITOs becoz of falsified gradation list prepared in the past by certain self interested knowledgeable authorities still keep holding the post of ITOs above Inspectors who as per the published gradation list from the Office of by the Pr.CCIT/West Bengal are in rank below the non-promoted Inspectors in spite of the senior ( as per the gradation list published )having written to the concerned authority,i.e. the Pr.CCIT/West Bengal & Sikkim Region to rectify their grievance.
It is therefore requested of the CBDT, if any of their members are seeing this message not to give a single promotion from the post of ITO to ACIT until and unless West Bengal provides the rectified seniority list of ITOs upto the recruitment year 2015-16.
It is shame on the part of ITGOA, Our Board as well as DOPT. Why because ITGOA is only for NRP and other supreme court cases are ignored. What interest ITGOA has we dont know. Our Board issues circulars etc., blindly basing on DOPT communication. DOPT has two set of Rules one for the IT Department and other set of rules for all the other departments, though the same examination is conducted by SSC. Further, NRP judgement never speaks about revisiting the seniority right from 1986. It is realy shame. Shame! Shame! Shame!
It is shameful that people from gujrat who have stalled dpc for quite a long time by moving to cat are themselves entangled in fraudulent implementation of n r parmar. Now the issue is that the seniority list off all the zones will be scrutinised by the board which will take a hell lot of time. Will bhaskar able to deliver his assurance of conducting dpc by march 2016. It will be a herculean task in the present circumstances. Or a middle path could be adopted by adhoc promotions which also seems to be next to impossible in the near future. The carrer prospects of thousands of members have been crucified by the ill doings of gujrat people for which they will repent one day.
One side vacancies are pending to be filled up..on the other side many senior Inspectors passed ITO exam,2015 and waiting for their turn to become ITOs after March,2016..It means never ending wait for those already in line...very bad situation..
Bhaskar bhattacharya has given a lolipop in the hands of the members by circulating a 11 page letter addressed to gs/president of all zones. In the said letter he expressed his inabilities to impress on upsc to conduct dpc due to petition filed in principal cat. It is noteworthy that the board has already directed all pr.ccit (cca) to vacate any stay/ file writ petition against any stay by cat on dpc for2014-15.The point to be noted is that why the CHQ is not pursuing the Pr.ccit (cca) delhi to vacate the petition filed by gujrat member mr.Ratnoo in principal cat. It has been over 3 months that 2014-15 list is lying with upsc. As learned from sources there is no follow up from the CHQ . It is waiting for just that time barring assessment concludes by 31 march and then by may/ june it will again play dirty politics by starting fresh agitation again to befool its
members.
I have only one question. Why the Parmar judgement is being implemented only in the cadre of Inspector. It is is implemented then the direct recruit LDC and UDC should also get benefit of the vacancy year in which vacancies arose or reported to SSC.
DPC of DCIT to JCIT for 2006/2007 batches has been completed and orders likely before 31.03.2016. The queries in relation to DPC of ITO to ACIT for RY 2014-15 is been answered and date for DPC awaited.
Instead of showing anger through the blog we must think of giving resignation from these cheaters ITGOA N ITEF .both have deprived us from our due rights May god punish them fortheir misdeeds

JCA's position on NRP becomes like Abhimanyu in Mahabharath. They went in easily in the chakraview. After series of litigations being filed in various states for and against the implementation of NRP, now JCA don't know how to resolve the NRP issue and come out of the dilema.

The Author of this Blog was requested to say whether he is aware or not about the facts that the reversion, consequent upon the Parmar Review, has been made in other Region. But unfortunately the request has not been complied & published. I know very well this comments also may not be published. However, I would like to inform the Blogger that the Reversion Order has already been issued in the Bangalore & few other Charges, consequent upon the Parmar Review and subsequently the reversion order has been stayed by the Learned Bangalore CAT. Entire Facts yet to be seen in this Blog, reasons best known to Blogger. But this Blog is very much prompt to publish the negative issues about the Bengal Charge. Nevertheless, all the People of the IT Dept may not read this Blog seriously. But some People of this department are too serious. Therefore, it is sincerely requested not to misled the Tax People of India about the functioning of Bengal Leadership and to write honestly/properly so that the said People can realise WHAT IS WHAT.

It has been learned from the Leaders of ITEF of Bengal Cir that they are pressing Hard on the Authority to publish the Up-to-dated Parmar Reviewed Gradation lists inrespect of all Group C Cadres ESPECIALLY TO THE CADRE OF INSPECTOR. If the Gr list of Inspector is published by Next Wk, thereafter rest job for promotion to the post of ITO may be done by a review DPC, as informed.
Only way to Go to CAT. No hope from our fraternities.

Form Income.tax promote office association as 75% officer are from ministrial cadre only 25% came from direct ITI. The Direct ITI show themself irs ITO but in fact they are not liked by IRS nor by ministrial. It just like one pecock fur on tail of crow .this pecock fur on tailcannot turn Direct ITI as pecock. They always tamed as crow as they born in crow family. As group C. So IRS are alway 1 promote it to ac cannot make them IRS. Only a patch appeared on buttock which fucked by Class one only.
