Whether DPC for the relaxed post shall be conducted first or relaxation will be given during normal DPC.Kindly clarify please.
If DPC for one time relaxed post shall be conducted before the normal DPC, then there will be double benefits for some lucky persons,
I mean to say a TA and a Steno-II having two and four years of service respectively will get their promotions under one time relaxed standard in first instance and in second instance they can not be denied promotions for the post of Inspector if they found to have cleared ITI promotion examinations.
It will be better for all, if the DPC is conducted under normal routine ( from top post to bottom ) and promotions be given under relaxed conditions for those declared posts.
This view I have given after a great struggle in my life for promotion due to sudden change in rules and regulations without thinking the auhority its impact on others. Relaxed rule should not spoil others career. It should be applied after normal phase only.
what about one time relaxation to staff car drivers to mainstream?

@March 16 1:25PM no u r not eligible as minimum 4 years of service is required at MTS for promotion to TA

Any relaxation for steno I to PS ? The same recruitment rules six yr from steno gr II or three yrs from gr I still holds good ? No relaxation for them
