Meeting with Revenue Secretary today (19.03.2014)
The proposed agitation from 19.03.14 by ITEF, Delhi circle has been postponed. As per information available with us, Member (P&V) discussed the matter with ITEF Delhi circle today (18/03) and informed that an official meeting with Revenue Secretary with CBDT is fixed on tomorrow, the 19th March. She also stated that CBDT is on all out effort to implement the cadre review at the earliest. Following her request to postpone the agitation till the outcome of the meeting with Revenue Secy., tomorrow, ITEF Delhi is temporarily holding back the agitation.
It seems that tomorrow, the 19th March may be crucial and some positive outcome is expected very soon.

Another joke! Let me intimate, how many assurances we have received from Board, regarding implementation of CR.
The ITEF, Delhi Circle is suggested not to believe upon dilema of the Board and CHQ and continue the agitational programme as proposed.
Moreover, it is also suggested to contact with other ITEF Cirlces also to carry on comprehensive agitational programme nationwide in all CCIT (CCA) circles.
Every time we withdraw our agitation before any concrete result is obtained, why don't we do it after the demands are fulfilled.
CR is giving twists, turns and more suspense than a thriller movie. Congrats to all those (CBDT, ITEF, ITGOA, IRS, Committee members, DR/PR members etc.,) involved in this great thrill entertaining exercise.

Why don't regular dpc is not holding. Why are we all waiting for a long long time. can anybody tell the fate of promotion of ITIs, 2006 batch. What is union going for them.
When it is implemented we will see it definitely whether u are enjoying it or not.

Dear 2005-06 and 2006-07 batch of ITIs are illegal recruits n hence cannot be promoted. Ok
CR is underway in CBEC as well where multiple unions exist. Govt knows spending on revenue department is a long time profitable investment. IRS people used this occassion to their advantage by equaling their pay with IAS (apex scale) and got increased 2 more steps in their ladder where as we lost 1 step (OS). So our associations can not claim CR is the big achievement of federation. Govt has linked CR with revenue collection. Hence CR is a need of the hour to generate more income to Govt. IRS have used it for their ascend , but federation failed on this account. Strength of the union lies in effective support of its members. Presently most members are unhappy with union. Even today 90% members don't know what was the proposal submitted by ITEF in sub committees and what is the difference in terms of number in charge wise distribution of manpowe between the federation proposal and core committee report. ITEF wants to be hero by portraying core committee as villain. First let us set right ourselves. Communication gap between members and leaders of federation is to be removed. Only handful of people knows what is going on in federation , others don't know and don't have any say . Remove communication gap. Go for open house discussion on important matters.

The easiest way to make fool to the members of ITEF and employees of the Department is to give them assurances that never turns into results.
I don't think Cadre will do any benefit to employees specially it is against the benefit of stenos.
CR is against Stenographers , Stenos should boycott it
meeting is still not complete, and likely to take more time as ITEF is sleeping, after awake, they will refresh and then recapitulate and then lunch and then rest and then tea break and then office closed and so..., never minds.

It seems that CBDT has made the leaders fool, once again !!
Let me intimate the outcome of the discussions held with Revenue Secretary in the matter of CR on 19.3.2014.
The Board has approved the CR and sent to the FM through RS on 28.2.2014. However, the CR file has not been endorsed to the Hon'ble FM till date and is still pending with RS.
The RS is going to retire this month and it seems like the CBDT Chairperson, he would take the decision of the very last day i.e. on the day of his retirement.
But, the million dollar question is that- in the present Election time is Hon’ble FM would be available for disposal of such type of file?
The Board has taken 10 months to finalize the CR file, RS is taking its own time in finalization of CR file, then can you imagine that the FM would not take its own time for taking any decision?
In the present election time, it seems very hard that the CR would be finalised?
But, our representatives are ignoring such type of happenings and remain kept mum on finalization of CR.
Hope, the new Government would finalise the same?

Discussion with Revenue Secretary cancelled. Stay is CAT has been adjourned for 3.4.2014. No chance of Promotion before April.
If there is no positive news till tomorrow w0e should propse an unprecedented agitation on 30th and 31st
ITEF should demand the following items before allotment of CR posts
1. Recruitment rules for Inspectors ,TAs, stenos MTS etc and those rules are prospective date of effect
2. What is the new scale/GP of post EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS and how many cadres are going to be merged with this posts and what are the rules for merger.
3. Whether any DoPT OM is there in this type cadre mergers to follow especially when two types of cadres are merger ie, Ministerial staff and steno cadre and how Office Superintendent cadre is going to be merged with executive assistant.
4. Is it Grade pay is only the criteria in cadre merger and if so, it is again goes to injustice to the cadre Office superintendents who are in the said cadre since 5 years.
5. How the promotions to the cadre Inspector is going to be filled up whether after merger to Executive assistants or according to previous procedure. What is the uniform guidelines to be followed.
6. Why the CBDT is not circulating the orders to all CCIT(CCA) before allotment of CR posts.
CR KE LIYE MAT LARO KUCH NAHI MILNE WALA HAI SEAT ALLOCATION HUA USKA BHI ATA PATA NAHI HAI CBDT KUCH BHI SHARE NAHI KARNE WALA HAI.ITEF ITGOA SAB NETA ASLI HAI.GEET GAO JO WADA KIA WO NIBHANA PAREGA.
the only conclusion of CR is that, union will hold any agitation program till March, 2014. After that, CBDT impose of its own way. Like the other times, union will keep mum to get their favorable posting.

ITEF & ITGOA leaders are very selfish, ye log only apne kam se kam rakhte hai, only in logo ki wajah se hi CR ruki hui hai, warna ye before December-2013 hi ho jati.
many employees daily hit to this blog but nobody has post any comment regarding poor casual workers, the details of casual workers which was required by the DOPT om dated 29.11.2013/02.12.2013 & reminder dated 06.02.2014 but the details are not sent to the DOPT. this is very bad to every CCIT(CCA. i advise to every CCIT(CCA) & leaders of ITEF both are forced to every officers/officials to complete the details and sent to DOPT as earliest so that the regularization of casual workers may be done shortly.
