They have also issued a memorandum stating that in view of recent DOPT O.M., the Parmar order has been effected with effect from 27.11.2012 and earlier settled cases need not reopened as those seniority was fixed as per the available /implied O.M. dated and 7.2.86/3.7.86.

Respected Admin of this Blog...I am following yr blog since few days...Now I doubt yr impartiality...Reson (1) Whn sth favouring DR is coming..you are silent for 2/3 days..but Whn the reverse..you are quite actively posting the same...Example...The recent DPC of Bangalore....Delhi DPC was posted here 2/3 days after.....Anyway I may be wrong...as u may be pre-occupied too... yes After Nagpur, Delhi conducted ITO DPC with NRP...on 30.05.14 Gujarat CCA has conducted DPC with NRP...And Mumbai, Rajasthan & Lucknow is ready for DPC with NRP by 3/4 th June...
Mumbai DPC not taking place. In Pune there is stay on DPC. Bangalore Pr. CCIT has correctly interpreted NRP. Why the useless DRs who joined September 2008 onwards did not object to fixing seniority as per 7.2.86. Why get up from sleep now and even though recruited out of quota n constitutional violated appointees demand back dated seniority. If DRs demand seniority frm dt of advt., then PRs also hv right to demand ITI seniority frm the date they cleared the ITI exam as correctly statef by DOPT in one of its circulars.
DRs shd know that days of "lantern" and "cycle" are over. Now good governance is the slogan. We salute Pr. CCIT bangalore. Mumbai Pune Pr.CCIT aur yske hqrs ko akkal kab ayengee.

memorandum of Bangalore charge seems a bold move to defy the DoPT order as well as Apex court verdict. They have tried their best to justify their action. I am sure they in due course will be facing contempt of court charge.
CBDT should intervene.
But Andhra Pradesh region is still making mockery of NRP.

THE AP CHARGE REFUSES TO PROMOTE SR'TA'S OF 2011 & 12 DESPITE HAVING VACANCIES BECAUSE THE BENEFICIARIES ARE NON-LOCALS. THE ITEF HAS REFUSED TO LOOK AFTER THE WELFARE OF THE NON-LOCALS.

When 2005 batch joined in 2008 our seniority was fixed by OM 2008 and which has been declared non-est. Nd seniority of inspectors in our department was always subject to outcome of NR PARMAR judgement. Kindly chekout all the fact.....
In Andhra RAJEEV MOHAN and RENU KUMARI is also being implemented shortly. Just watch the fun.
What the banglore cca had interperated the om is really bad...what the use of abolishing om dated 03.03.2008 abinitio... the real interpertation should be all promotion or new recruitment should be done abiding honble apex court judgment....
Hats off to Pr CCIT, Bangalore, for interpreting the NR Parmar in the correct form. How can a person even before writing an exam be granted seniority. Can a person who might be working in a pvt/ govt office already claim to be a part of this Department also. Cant understand how a learned judge can give such a decision in the Supreme Court, taking seniority of almost three years to a person already working as ITI is ridiculous
At least now the CCIT(CCA) Mumbai should read into this and take a call without being partial to anyone. He wants to implement NRP only in cadre of ITI whereas the others who had joined as LDC, UDC are left in lurch without implementing OM of 86. The CCIT(CCA), Mumbai thinks he is only one who knows the new DOPT regardless of what other CCIT(CCAs) are doing or thinking. He also thinks he is the only one intelligent person in the entire universe. Because of such attitude, the entire Mumbai region is once again lagging behind in seniority.

In any state, consequential posts created on promotion to ITO in CR have been given basing on old Recruitment Rules? Now it is the time to fight for clarification on consequential posts and to get them with old RRs failing which these posts will never be filled unless new RRs are given. The new RRs can be expected only after six months. So friends, let us fight for getting the consequential posts as per Old RRs along with the posts created by CR.

MUMBAI PR. CCIT IS THE MOST ERUDITE(SIC.)AMONG HIS COLLEAGUES.FOR DIRECT INSPECTORS HE TAKES ONLY ONE LINE OF DOPT INSTRUCTION AND FOR DIRECT UDCs HE TAKES ANOTHER ONE LINE. PROSPECTIVE EFFECT IS ONLY FOR DIRECT UDC AND IT IS RETROSPECTIVE FOR DR INSPECTORS. GOD BLESS HIM.

It appears as if Pr. CCIT Bangalore has interpreted the judgement of CAT by considering himself as High Court and gave his decision against the CAT judgement.

Hi everyone. I have been following this parmar drama for a long time now. In a nutshell, I compare it to a child asking for his/her identity before his parents consummate the marriage. Or worse still before they even are married to each others. In other words, they want name and sex when they are not even in egg stage. Kudos to you guys. Keep it up. You deserve to lead the nation.

As per NEP, the seniority of the BJP government is to have come effect from the date of announcement of elections. If it is true that the memorandum is quashed, then there should be a probe on the judge, who has did this without even affording an opportunity.
and these guys don't know the name of the parents because they are supposed to be born even before marriage.
GOOD ITS DONE NOW FROM 1.1.86 AND NOT JUST FOR 2006-07. ALL THE CHARGES WHO GAVE 2006-07 SENIORITY WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW SUIT IN ALL THE CADRES. CAT BANGALORE PASSED THE ORDER ON 06.06.14 AND CBDT ISSUED CIRCULAR ON THE SAME DAY. DRs MAY BE HAPPY ABOUT CAT DECISION BUT IT IS THEIR MONEY WASTED. SO VERY TRUE THAT HASTE MAKES WASTE.
