Muje lagta hai jo direct ITIs back date seniority lene k liye CAT Delhi se stay liye hue they ab wo pahle se bhi jyada piche ho gaye hai or hote jayege jaise jaise bahar promotions hoti ja rahi hai. Kya ye sahi hai.

if every charge passes its own order, how seniority is fixed in the cadre of Ito why the board has not given the uniform date for effecting ITO promotions .
what is the hurry in promotions? why uniformly all over india promotions not effected.

If now promotions can be effected, why not earlier the same has not been made.whether Board has approved this promotions.
we are not against any promotions. but it should not invite legal problems.the ccit,chennai just followed his counterpart from UP and gave promotions.whether any instructions from board on these cr promotions regarding recruitment year etc are available. if so, the same may please be published in the website so that the officials like us from other charges will get benefited.
Pl refer to the latest Supreme Court decision on 8.5.2014 reg implementation of NRP strictly as per the ratio stated in the order. Claim of 2005-06 DR ITIs is not entertained as they r back door recruits.
Infact the entire country knows now about this unconstitutional recruitment of DRs IITs.

The pr. Bench judgement is nothing new. Only those who fall in the parameter if NRP will get seniority rest will get from the dt. Of joining.

Dear chief justice, yr honour, this is dopt opinion and furthermore even OMs are liable to be challenged in court of law. There are many birbals in this country u shd know. Every dopt.om n opinion has lacunas so the story.goes on.

Please do not take it seriously. Such purchased opinions and clarification do keep coming from DOPT and the other depts. Recall last year HRD had directec the CCITs to get the stay vacated frm respective COURTS and then nothing happened. ALL irrational and purchased OMs end up in the litigation in the courts. It is a foregone conclusion that NRP is not applicable to the DRs of 2005-06 and 2006-07 as only 5 direct inspectors will get the seniority rest being illegal and unconstitutional appointees who some how will survive (poor chaps)
