It is known from sources that scheduled inauguration of DTRTI building in Kolkata by Chairman CBDT on 13th June 2014 got cancelled.
JCA, West Bengal unit was all set to boycott the programme and show demonstration in front of Chairman. It may be assumed that after getting feedback from Pr CCIT Kolkata about the proposed agitation, CBDT avoided embarrassment and possible untoward incident.
Departmental Examination
The dept. exam of paper IV of ITO for DE 2014 will be reconducted on 18.07.2014. This paper was earlier postponed due to allegation of leakage of question paper.

The caiman newly appointed has realised that gross injustice have been made to the employees of WB region. It is high time on the part of leaders of Unions to meet with him and try to find out solution to get a justice.
This is also good news comrades. Board ko bhi hamse dar lagta hai. We should go to the CAT over the issue that SSC has recruited us on all india basis and there was not any indication of charge wise seniority and we had accepted the condition of all india liability for posting. But now we can see that our juniors are getting promotions in other charges due to uneven allocation of post.
ha ha ha. i couldn't understand, whether kolkata HQ will provide security or security personnel.
And also ITEF CHQ leaders in Kolkatta. We are ready to give a "rousing reception" to Rajgopal and other betreyars of Kolkatta.

CAT HYDRABD is not the final judiciary system in india. how can it be two RR for Same R Y. the Department has not presented the case properly. if the same RR is not implemented for R Y 2013-14 v ( many STA/TAs also )will fight for justice. Expect lot of litigation in this issue also like the DR/PR ITIs in the NRP case.

in NER, NO DPC was held for PS,ITI,OS,STA,TA etc. for RY 2013-14 till date, despite instructions from CBDT.

Friend, Higher judiciary system are available in India and v hv faith in it to prevail for justice.
why hon'ble cat hyd give such a monotonous decision. the ld. pr ccit has held dpc according to the instruction issued by CBDT on 27/05/2014. the pr.ccit will definitely go to high court and our faith is in judiciary. draft rules cannot supersede the present rule. one of our hon'ble high court gave the decision. i dont understand why the hyd employee go to the CAT r they out of their mind. if any body hurt pls forgive me. but it is hard to say that some of our members r very selfish and their steps r very very very foolish.
You can approach CAT if spouse ground is not considered without giving any valid reasons.
No you will have to file a " mouse " case and not " cat "
for 2013-14 new R R ke anusar promotion hona chahie....new RR lao, without any delay...all order should be cancelled..specially TA, Sr TA, ITI. Follow Instruction dated 31.05.2013. Its a good news Hyderbad CAT...
