Central JCA's resolution against post cut in WB

"A Central JCA meeting was convened on 02-06-2014 at New Delhi. The issue of anomalous distribution of posts among different CCA regions was discussed at length and the house expressed its displeasure in the decision of phasing out of 1633 posts in different cadres fromWest Bengal & Sikkim Region to other regions and unanimously opined to ask the Hon’ble Chairman, CBDT, to reconsider the said decision and undo the said phasing out of 1633 posts from West Bengal & Sikkim Region."

Good news, at least they got awake from hibernation. Shame to West Bengal leaders for their failure. They are good for nothing, only able to interfere in local transfer/posting and oblige their loyalists with "prize postings".

violation of democratic principles is d main issue..ie cabinet is supreme and not subordinate executive..n board voilated its own notification..it created posts of e.a merging all d posts of o.s etc wef 31.3.14 but again gone back..advocates n experts saying it is a very strong case against cbdt..let us see d outcome...

ask the expert and the advocate whether two different rule can be applied for the same R.Y?

If central jca is serious why they leave wb isolated in agitation? Height of double standards for all so called leaders.

In transfer posting if couple case request is not considered how to file in CAT . Pl tell the procedure.

The JCA demanded only abolition of posts in WB region but what about the demand of more posts for ITOs and Inspectors as suggested by subcommittee NO. 1 otherwise promotion prospects of the employees of WB regions will be stagnant for a long time.

The total process of Cadre review 2013 in the Income Tax department is a whimsical one. The first CR committee had taken five years and sub committees took more than 10 months for consideration of various aspects including allocation of posts for different region but core committee and CBDT took one day and finalised CR ignoring decision of earlier committees. The CR should be suspended which are meant for IRS only.

west bengal had already enjoyed the excess vacancies being taken in 10 years back.... what Swami Vivekanad said.... Arise! Awake! and stop not until the goal is reached....its a time for stopping the agitation because the goal has already been reached way back in 2001....what Gurudev Ravindranath Tagore said...if no one joins you on your call, then keep on going alone for the good cause....Board is not listening..still ITEF, Kolkata should carry on.

since in NER, they are not holding the DPC, all the new posts meant for NER may be given to Bengal.

dear friend you have to know the data first. before cr 2001 the sanctioned strength of wb in inspector cadre was 1062 now after cadre review it is 968. now how the question is arise about excess post taken by wb in 10 years back. the sr Ta s of 2006 will get promotion after 5 or 6 year but in other charges the even 2012 sr ta got promotion. is it justified. all are selected through ssc with even higher rank and got first choice of posting.

Some comrade idiots are ignorant and jeleious to Bengali but the present situation is different because TAs and ITIs are being posted on all India basis and many of them have been posted after 2001, they are also deprived because of biased CR 2013.
