COWERED I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN IN ALL INDIA 12 STATES AND NEARLY 824 POSTS HAVE BEEN FILED UP BY WAY OF DP AND PUT THE DR OF 2005 BATCH IN 2008-09 THEN HOW THE SENIORITY LIST ON THE BASIS OF DR IS NOW PUBLISHED BY HE PR.C.C.I.T. MUMBAI AND ALSO WHERE THE HON'BLE PR. Pathetic condition of ICTs. They are no where counted. Board /ITEF are also not favouring Inter Charge Transferers. It was a great blunder of opting such transfer.
It is humble request to ITEF to kindly return the contributions we have paid to itef since five years.

Most horrific decision by ccit mumbai. He does not have any concern for promotees. iTEF is a mute spectator because they are concerned about DEOs who got in between many deserving candidates pushing the ones who were appointed thru staff selection comm. ITEF is only for stenos and DEOs. Commrades rise to the challenges ahead push these ITEF out in the next elections. Do not pay these ITEF idiots. Further ccit mumbai thinks that he is the only one who can interpret nrp and other ccits are fools. We have not seen a bigger fool than ccit mumbai.
It is really sad on the part of Mumbai administration where they issued letters dated 09.09.2008 to direct recruit UDC's (earstwhile)who were promoted to the post of that their inter - se seniority has been fixed correctly in view of the oM dated 03.03.2008. Dr inspectors were appointed just within space of 3-4 months. both wrere given inter se seniority from the date of joining. Now on the basis of same OM dated 04.03.2014 administration has refixed seniority of DR inspectors but it has declined to refix interse seniority of UDC's. Can our highly enlightened Pr CCIT part his wisdom how he is taking two different opinion. In case of DR UDC,s and DR iInspectors. When the same yardstick was applied for fixing interse seniority of DR UDC's and DR Inspectors. For god's sake dear P C Shrivastav ji explain your misdeeds.20410

DISHEARTENING THAT THE PROMOTEES HV BEEN DENIED THEIR DUE SENIORITY BY MUMBAI CHARGE. TIME TO GET READY FOR A LEGAL BATTLE. ALSO RAJEEV MOHAN CASE HAS BEEN UPHELD BY SUPREME COURT THEN WHY IS CBDT NOT ISSUING A CLEAR CLARIFICATION. its very pathetic condition for intercharge tranferees, their future and promtion on the verge of the unnatural rule. its not a natural justice. if the exam was taken all india by ssc. and if any senior take intercharge so how he is junior for others who are junior in his batch and next batch. its not natural justice. its a bullshit

NRP IS NOT DIRECTLY APPLICABLE TO ALL FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT ONLY 5 POSTS WERE NOTIFIED AND THUS ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS ARE ILLEGAL. PR.CC, BENGALURU HAS CORRECTLY INTERPRETED AND PASSED ORDERS.
NOW SEE WHAT HAPPENS WITH RAJEEV MOHAN CASE. CBDT, DOPT AND SC SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THE LARGER INTEREST AND PUT TO REST ALL THE CONTROVERSIES. IT WILL DO GOOD TO ALL AND WILL IMPROVE REVENUE AUGMENT
