The Committee for RR has given its final version of RRs long back. The only pending work is to put date and sign to notify in the gazette. It is red taped and promotions to the post of Inspectors are being made with 1986 RR in many charges, despite UPSC's strong instructions(for changing RRs every 5 years). The nasty tricks of the ITEF is being played again to promote the stenos (3 years service as OG).It is high time to act...
