First itgoa should ask the cbdt to go ahead with the exisiting seniority .Kerala court only stated that rview dpc should be conducted within three months. first of all how many states implemented nr parmar.Then Central Hqrs should put on their website the pre revised list and revised list so that every member will come to know how properly the judgement was implemented. It is wondering that none of the members especially promotees have contested the nr parmar judgement.because every one knows that the the judgement is strictily not correct and goes against the earlier judgements of supremecourt. Especiaslly the ITEF should have fought against the nr parmar case.Even keeping aside whether judgement is right or wrong ,the judgement should have have confined to those persons who fought the case.Based on a case it is no proper to revise the seniority right from 1993 onwards JCA should again discuss the issue of nr parmar.
This is all a number game for winning the election you have to manage only General Sect. of various units, what the bekar team has done, general members have no voice, if there would be direct election they could not win ,we should demand direct election of ITGOA CHQ .

They have never taken up other problems of members viz. Laptops (to newly promoted ITO and replacement of old one); infrastructural problems; problems of PS/AOs etc. It seems the Association is working for a few individuals (due for promotion). Whereas the state units have become T & P Associations.

11:09AM Board has already put the prerevised seniority list in IRSofficersonline website. The revised list is prepared by respective Pr. CCIT offices and finally all india list is to be prepared by the board. It is not prepared by ITGOA CHQ, so why ask them to upload. They can upload what is thee in the public domain.

Why don't all the members resign from ITGOA? Form a separate association. Re-prirotise our demands. ITEF members can also follow the same and resign from present body.

mr 6.40pm how can you view irs officeronline.whats wrong in uploading the list and the relevent reasoning given by respective ccits by itgoa. can you say with 100% perfection that the judgement is being implemented properly by respective ccits. why in the guise of implementing nr parmar ccits are revisiting the other settled matters.
JCA pl go through the case of Vijay Kumar Kale and Ot'hers
Vs Union of India and Others daterl 25 / 5 / 2012, the Apex Court held that:

The conern over the sanctity of seniority list being prepared by CCIT's is in place.People's arebwanted to take advantage of the situation,like Gujrat charge in prerevised list out of the persons promoted vide DPC 18.6.2001 there were 60 persons in R.Y.2001-02 in revised list they have placed all in V.Y.2000-01 and only 10 persons are placed in V.Y.2001-02, how it can be done vacancy distribution for 2000-01 and 2001-02 can not be changed ,this is done by the Gujrat people to get over the seniority above other charges on the basis of deemed date of joining.This should not be permitted, Revised seniority list prepared by various charges should be cross cheked.
Since 2005-06 onwards there is a big recruitment scam going on in SSC totally unnoticed. Infact it the mother of all scams since independence. ITGOA me dum nahi hai promotion karwane ki, Aab to High Court ka hi sahara lena chahiye. Sabhi log apni apni H.c. me CBDT ke against petition lagaye, ITGOA kobhi party banaye wo bhi delay in promotion ke liye utni hi responsible hai jitna CBDT.
