ITEF should not follow the path of itgoa. ITEF should pressurise for DPc of 2015-16 in ito and inspector cadre. Itgoa ko follow karoge to december 2016 tak v.y.2015-16 ki dpc nahi ho payegi
It's so unfortunate that the JCA doesn't appear to be active to the extent it should be about the charter of demands. I don't think this type of passive spirit is going to yield anything as desired. To sum up Board is going to prove its absolute power which will mark as anti-non-IRS employees.
ITEF should detach itself from itgoa and should pressurize cbdt to start dpc proceeding of 2016-17
Itef should not be companion of a dead organisation like itgoa otherwise it will also become dead.

The Board has compelled JCA to dance on their tunes. Now they have found themselves in the funny situation. Nothing concrete except proposal for higher promotions (? ). The Board is in no mood to redress the main grievance of the employees. JCA is now helpless and bound to revive the agitation. Let them have courage to face the Board with strong mode of agitation

Rajeev mohan judgement is law of land and has to be implemented in toto and is being implemented in some charges so Dr itis are now history along with NRP.
I think dpc for ito to acit should be conducted without N R Parmar, yes ofcourse it should also be subjetive dpc. But JCA is the main Hurdle to conduct DPC.

In many regions of India, DPC for Non-gazetted employees have not taken place for 2015-16.
There is no stay by any court on DPC of non-gazetted employees for 2015-16 in India.

Why dont ITEF forces CBDT to follow DOPT calendar strictly?
ITEF raise demands like 6 AC in a Range, A mobile (ordinary) to employee etc which are least important in comparison of DOPT calendar.

One of the western state has device new formula by interpreting DOPT OMs for their benifit and to jump all other ITOs of other regions.So wait for list of ITOs as per NRP and then face spate of litigation.

With the implementation of rajeev mohan judgement the judgement of NRP has become irrelevant. Seniority od direct recruits has to be determined from the date of actual joining only wherever seniority is revised as per NRP same has to be re- revised as per rajeev mohan judgement only.
ITGOA CHQ ka 2 Sal 2014-16 ka samay ITGOA ke itihas main kale akshron main likha jayega ,sharm aani chahiye do Sal main ek DP C bhi nahi kara sake.
Seniority and eligibility are two different things. By virtue of NRP one may be senior in the list but for promotion to higher grades he needs to complete stipulated period of service as minimum requirement. However, who ever attains the eligibility for the particular recruitment year should be considered for promotion irrespective of seniority subject to number of vacancies.
At the time of DPC both the judgements i.e. NRP and Rajeev Mohan equally may be applied and the most eligible may be given promotion.
If the new recruitment rule brings with time bar promotion upto the grade of IIT on fullfillment of other eligibility criterian, then NRP or Rajeev Mohnan case would have put nil effect on the promotion prospectus .
